Cancellations incur a £20 charge for any service booked. This covers any admin and transaction fees.
We require 24 hours notice of any changes made to bookings.
Wasted journey fees £40
When operatives have arrived but cannot complete the job.
Examples: *operatives cannot access the waste or no one is present to give access to the waste collection.
*The waste is loose.
* Operatives attend but items are not dismantled. Therefore these items cannot be removed due to the risk of damage to the property.
Example: wardrobes need to be dismantled, feet and arms removed from furniture if necessary.
*The waste has already been disposed of and G&L have not been notified.
*G&L have not been notified of any cancellations which results in operatives attending the property
*Waste is not as described.
Example: there is significantly more waste than stated. Extra items have been added. Surcharge items which haven’t been accounted for are present.
